Puttanesca Sauce

The puttanesca sauce is a delicious dish of the Napolitan cuisine.
This product is used for the preparation of a sauce, properly spicy, peculiarly suitable for pasta dishes of spaghetti, and not only.
The “Pizzaiola” steaks is an easy dish to prepare with this sauce.
Coat the steaks in a little flaour and fry in a little oil over a high flame. Set the steaks to one side. Following the instructions on the pack, prepare a Via delle Indie “Puttanesca” sauce, pour over the steaks and continue cooking for another five minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot with a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
