The Kebab blend of Via delle Indie is designed to flavor chicken, veal and lamb.
The mixture is Turkish, Arabic and Persian cuisine typical.
It is recommended to marinate the meat in the mixture for about 24 hours before cooking.
To fully enjoy the typical notes of kebab, it is recommended to accompany the meat with a sauce made of yogurt and oil, Harissa sauce, salad and Arabic bread.
