Amatriciana Sauce

A mixture of dehydrated ingredients designed according to one of the most popular recipes from the original Italian Lazio.
For fast and at the same time traditional household preparation of a tasty sauce, specially suitable for bucatini pasta dishes, but also adaptable to other recipes, like rustic potatoes.
Following the instructions on the pack, prepare a Via delle Indie “Amatriciana” sauce. Place wedges of boiled potatoes in an ovenproof dish greased with butter and cover with the Via delle Indie “Amatriciana” sauce and a sprinkling of grated cheese. Bake in a traditional oven, preheated to 180°c, for 15 minutes or cook for 3 minutes in a microwave with grill function.
